Harbor Island Beach Club is just one mile south of Melbourne Beach, Florida city limits.

Melbourne Beach is a perfectly situated barrier island on the East Coast of Florida with enough land to balance a healthy population with shopping, critical services, oceanfront bars and unique restaurants from gourmet to grab-n-go  — all within two miles of the entrance.   The major employers, industry and commerce are located on the mainland just across the 192 Causeway.  Beyond the 192 Causeway lies everything that the Space Coast has to offer in terms of fine dining, entertainment and eco-tourism.   Access to the outside world is easy, but the barrier island itself is trafficked primarily by residents.
